All transactions between the AGB Erfgoed and the web-shop user are governed by these general terms and conditions. By placing an order, the user confirms that he or she has read, understood and accepted the said terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy. AGB Erfgoed reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website and come into immediate effect.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros. For the purchase of products, the price at the time of ordering always applies. The reduced rate for groups applies for purchases of 15 tickets or more.  
The items ordered must be paid for immediately. The following payment methods are accepted: Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa. Users with their own VAT or company number have the option to pay immediately or upon receipt of an invoice.

Upon payment, an e-ticket with a unique QR code will be sent to the email address provided by the user. The e-ticket is valid for the period stated on the ticket and can only be used once. Tickets are only supplied in electronic format. AGB Erfgoed is not responsible for the loss or theft of e-tickets.

On the day of the visit, e-tickets may be inspected. AGB Erfgoed has the right to ask to see a valid and official proof (of identity) when discounted e-tickets have been purchased.

For bookings for which payment will be made at the reception desk, the user will receive a booking confirmation. On the day of the visit the user has to present the confirmation at the reception desk   and pay the amount due with one of the available methods.

The user agrees to supply the correct details that are required to complete the order. The person who makes the purchase is considered to be the only purchaser. They alone are linked to the payment, even when the tickets are intended for a third party.

AGB Erfgoed has the right to refuse or cancel the order if there are serious indications of fraud and/or overdue payments.

Guided group visits.

A guide can be requested up to 10 working days prior to the date of the visit. The number of visitors per guide is limited and may differ depending on the tour and the  location. The museum is entitled to refuse a group that exceeds the maximum number of participants.
As soon as the request is confirmed by BOEKjeBEZOEK, the user will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. The booking will be binding from then on.

The user will receive a request for payment after final confirmation by BOEKjeBEZOEK. 

Cancellation and amendment conditions

An e-ticket cannot be amended, exchanged or cancelled. Following receipt of e-tickets, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. A group visit with a guide cannot be cancelled free of charge. In the event of a cancellation, neither the guide’s fee nor the cost of the reserved tickets are eligible for a refund.

Guided tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 working days prior to the visit. In case of cancellation later than 10 working days prior to the date of the guided tour, the full amount will be charged.

If the visit cannot take place on the scheduled day and time due to force majeure, the museum will first try to find a suitable alternative.
